Voice-Swap joins WIPO's TEN alongside Google, Anthropic, UMG & more

March 20, 2026

by Declan McGlynn

Voice-Swap is proud to share that it has been included among the initial participants in the World Intellectual Property Office’s (WIPO) Technical Exchange Network (TEN), launched under the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Interchange (AIII). WIPO is the United Nations Agency that leads the development of a balanced and effective global IP ecosystem to promote innovation and creativity.
TEN is designed as a practical forum with a clear and meaningful structure, bringing together global experts to engage on the technical and operational infrastructure questions emerging around AI and IP. This global network of experts will initially focus on undertaking a first-of-its-kind mapping exercise of both existing copyright infrastructure and the technical challenges and opportunities arising from the intersection of AI and the creative economy. The results of this mapping will identify targeted areas for further work.
Voice-Swap is honoured to have been elected to the first TEN cohort, with participants spanning AI, infrastructure, creator advocacy, and music rights, including organisations such as Google, Anthropic, Cloudflare, SAG-AFTRA, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, BMAT, and Beatdapp.
Michael Pelczynski, Chief Strategy & Impact Officer, said: “Voice-Swap sits at the intersection of rights, infrastructure, and real-world deployment. That is why this forum matters. The next phase of the AI market will be shaped not just by policy debate, but by the practical systems that enable attribution, provenance, permissions, and legitimate commercial use at scale.”
We are honoured to be part of this inaugural group and look forward to contributing to the work ahead. Stay tuned for more announcements soon.
