1. General Information

  • 1.1 This Pricing Policy (“Policy”) govern the payment terms for the services (“Services”) available on www.voice-swap.ai (“Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Voice- Swap Limited.
  • 1.2 The terms “you” or “your” refer to the user of the Services. If the Services are being used on behalf of a company or other entity, “you” encompasses both, the you as an individual and the entity. In such cases, you warrant that you are an authorised representative of the entity with the power to commit the entity to this Policy, and you consent to this Policy on behalf of the entity.
  • 1.3 This Policy as in English language only.

2. Business Customers

This Policy is not applicable to customers utilising our Services for business purposes. If you are a current business customer or are interested in becoming one, we kindly request you to contact us.

3. Subscriptions

  • 3.1 We offer monthly and annual subscription options. By opting for any of our subscription services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
  • 3.2 By purchasing a subscription, you grant us a permission to store your payment method and billing details, which will be used for automated renewals of your subscription in the future.
  • 3.3 The monthly subscription is automatically renewed on the same day of each month as the day the subscription was initially created. For example, if you subscribe on the 5 th , your subscription will renew on the 5 th of each subsequent month.
  • 3.4 The annual subscription is paid for by an upfront one-off payment and is set to auto-renew every 365 calendar days.
  • 3.5 Upon each renewal, the audio credits issued as part of the subscription will reset. There is no cumulative effect, meaning unused audio credits from the previous month will not roll over to the next month.

2. Business Customers

4. Top Up

  • 4.1 Our top-up pricing model is a one-time payment system. This means that there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. You have the freedom to decide when you want to top up.
  • 4.2 The audio credits that you purchase do not have an expiration date. They will remain in your account until you decide to use them.
  • 4.3 Please note that once purchased, the top-up credits are non-refundable and non- transferable.
