Dan brings 25 years of experience in both music and tech. Chart-topping, multiplatinum music producer and record label owner Dan aka DJ Fresh has held lead AI engineering and management roles at companies like General Bioinformatics, GLG Group and Stability AI.

Chief Strategy and Impact Officer
Michael is a music industry leader, strategist, economist and music rights expert. Previously as VP of Strategy at SoundCloud, he architected, licensed and launched an award-winning new streaming model, led global business strategy and established the company's future fan-powered business. Prior to SoundCloud, Michael directed rights administration at Warner Music Group, overseeing royalties and reporting across six label divisions totalling $440m in annual revenue.

Benn is a music industry innovator known for challenging traditional distribution models and advocating for ethical music business practices. His experience includes consulting for Bandcamp, founding an educational YouTube channel on music industry economics, and emphasising ethical practices in AI audio technology.

Josh is the Founder and CEO of The Audio Programmer (TAP). TAP is the centrepoint for music software development, whether it's building teams to create audio apps or discussing the latest advancements in music technology. In his role at TAP, Josh has created partnerships with some of the biggest music tech companies in the world, including Ableton, Focusrite, SONOS, Super HiFi, TikTok and many more.

Romanna Dadral is a highly experienced lawyer specialising in intellectual property. Her experience spans media, entertainment, sports and tech where she has been advising clients for over 10 years in global companies such as Warner Bros Discovery and Meta. She brings this corporate experience to her business consulting and coaching services, working with entrepreneurs, C-Suite, athletes and public figures.

Will Ballard brings two decades of tech leadership from startups to large ventures and has been working with AI technology since the mid-1990s. Previously the CTO at Gerson Lehrman Group, he's now the CEO of Civitas Group. As EVP at In Demand Media, one of the largest online content providers, he was responsible for a 13% audience share on the internet in 2011.
